Returns

  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered to the customer.
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices intact.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement

  • In case of damaged or defective items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
