  • Delivery to certain remote or rural areas may take additional time depending on courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.
  • Any additional charges such as COD fees (if applicable) will be displayed at the time of order placement.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, where available.
  • Customers are advised to track their orders regularly using the provided tracking information.

Delivery Issues

  • NRSHANKAR ECOM is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
  • Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

Address Changes

  • Address changes are allowed only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, address modification requests cannot be accommodated.
